How We Keep In Touch

We will always communicate with you every step of the way either via email, phone or Skype. If the client does not respond to our questions on design layout i.e. style, colours etc. or we need clarification on something, the project may be delayed until our questions are answered.

Genesis Websites will feature any new websites created in our Portfolio page as part of our marketing strategy.

Amendments to New Websites

When designing new websites, we create a Coming Soon page so that we are able to work on the site without anyone viewing it. Before the site goes live, client approval for the final design will be sought. If the client needs major amendments made to the website after final approval is made, the client will be charged our rate of $85 per hour. Minor amendments can be made, without charge, for a two week period after completion of the site.
